Program name and operator
These terms govern the HUMASPHERE SMS program operated by KENNEK, LLC.
Program purpose
HUMASPHERE uses SMS for a private family-story service. Messages may include one gift invitation, consent and service confirmations, optional story questions, replies to HELP, opt-out confirmations, delivery or account notices, and necessary customer-care messages. Messages are conversational account-notification and customer-care communications, not third-party advertising.
How enrollment works
A purchaser may provide a recipient’s number so we can send one clearly identified gift invitation. That purchaser does not consent for the recipient. The invitation explains the program and asks the recipient to reply YES. Recurring story questions are sent only after the recipient affirmatively replies YES. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency
After opt-in, message frequency varies. HUMASPHERE may send at most one optional story question per day, normally around 9:00 AM in the recipient’s local time zone, plus necessary service, consent, support, delivery, or compliance messages. The recipient may skip any question.
Costs
HUMASPHERE does not charge a separate SMS fee, but message and data rates may apply under the recipient’s wireless plan.
Opt out
Reply STOP at any time to stop HUMASPHERE messages. We may send one final confirmation that the opt-out was processed. After opting out, no further program messages will be sent unless the recipient later provides valid consent again.

Carrier disclaimer
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to carrier availability and network conditions.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, protect, and share information. Mobile information, SMS opt-in data, and consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Eligibility and acceptable use
You must be authorized to use the mobile number involved. Do not use HUMASPHERE to submit unlawful, abusive, infringing, deceptive, or highly sensitive content. We may suspend access necessary to protect users, comply with law, or maintain service security.
Changes or termination
We may modify or discontinue the SMS program or these terms. Material changes will be communicated when required. The updated date above identifies the current terms.
