Who we are
HUMASPHERE is a private family-story service operated by KENNEK, LLC. This policy explains how we handle information when a purchaser gives HUMASPHERE to a recipient and when that recipient uses our SMS story service and private archive.
Information we collect
We may collect purchaser account and transaction information; recipient name, mobile number, time zone, invitation and consent status; SMS questions and replies; archive access permissions; support communications; and limited technical, security, delivery, and payment-event records needed to operate and protect the service.
How we use information
We use information to deliver a clearly identified gift invitation; record the recipient’s decision; send optional story questions only after affirmative consent; store replies in the recipient’s private archive; provide authorized archive access; process purchases; answer support requests; prevent fraud and abuse; maintain security; and meet legal and compliance obligations.
SMS consent and mobile information
A purchaser may provide a recipient’s mobile number only so HUMASPHERE can deliver one clearly identified gift invitation. The purchaser cannot consent to recurring messages for the recipient. Recurring questions begin only after the recipient replies YES. Consent is not a condition of purchase. The recipient may reply STOP at any time to opt out or HELP for support. Message and data rates may apply.
We do not sell or rent personal information. Mobile information, SMS opt-in data, and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may disclose information to service providers that process messaging, hosting, payments, security, or support solely to provide HUMASPHERE, subject to appropriate restrictions; or when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a legitimate business transfer.
Private archives and access
Story replies are stored as the recipient sends them. They are not public. Only the archive owner and people the archive owner explicitly authorizes may view them. A gift purchaser does not receive automatic access to the recipient’s replies.
Retention and deletion
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, preserve the archive at the owner’s direction, meet legal and accounting requirements, resolve disputes, and protect security. An archive owner may request access, correction, export, or deletion by contacting us. Some records may be retained when legally required or necessary to document consent, opt-out, payment, fraud prevention, or security events.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system can guarantee absolute security, so users should avoid sending highly sensitive data by SMS.
Children
HUMASPHERE is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without appropriate authorization. Contact us if you believe a child’s information was provided improperly.
Your choices and rights
You may opt out of SMS by replying STOP. You may request access, correction, export, or deletion, subject to applicable law and identity verification, by contacting support@humasphere.com.
Changes
We may update this policy as the service or law changes. The updated date above shows the current version. Material changes will be communicated when required.
